When you sign up for early access or use BuildFast we may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, payment information, and order history. We also collect usage data such as how you interact with our app and website.

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, send order confirmations and delivery updates, notify you when BuildFast launches in your area, improve our services, and communicate with you about promotions and new features. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Payment Information
All payment processing is handled by secure third-party processors. BuildFast does not store your full credit card number on our servers. Your payment information is encrypted and protected.
4. Information Sharing
We share your delivery address and order details with BuildFast drivers solely for the purpose of completing your delivery. We do not share your personal information with stores or other third parties except as required to complete your order or as required by law.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However no internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

By using BuildFast you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree please do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice to users.
2. Service Description
BuildFast is a construction material delivery service that picks up materials from participating retail stores including Lowe's, Home Depot, Menards and Ace Hardware and delivers them to your specified job site or address in our service area.
3. Service Area
BuildFast currently serves Springfield, Nixa and Ozark Missouri. We are expanding to additional cities. Delivery availability depends on your location and driver availability at the time of your order.
4. Ordering & Payment
Orders are placed through the BuildFast app. Payment is required at the time of ordering. Delivery fees are charged based on your order subtotal. A $4.99 app fee applies to every order. All prices are subject to change with notice.
5. Delivery
BuildFast drivers will make every effort to deliver your order accurately and on time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on store availability, traffic and driver availability. BuildFast is not responsible for delays caused by store stock issues or circumstances outside our control.
6. Order Accuracy
BuildFast drivers follow your order exactly. If a specific item is unavailable your driver will contact you through the app. You may choose an alternative or receive a refund for unavailable items.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before a driver accepts your order for a full refund. Once a driver has accepted and begun shopping cancellations may be subject to a fee. Refunds for incorrect or damaged items will be handled on a case by case basis.
8. User Conduct
You agree to treat BuildFast drivers with respect and professionalism. Harassment, abuse or threatening behavior toward drivers will result in immediate account termination. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
9. Limitation of Liability
BuildFast is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in Greene County, Missouri.
